KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAS)

1. Telecommunication Service
Responsible for handling and screening telephone calls in a professional, timeous and informative manner.  

2. Administrative Duties
Handling of Incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform various other administrative activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum requirements

Qualifications
• Grade 12, preferably in Accounting and Mathematics.
