Capricorn Academy for School Leavers
The Capricorn Academy for School Leavers is a new initiative of Bank Windhoek’s Young Talent Programme, which aims to provide training and employment opportunities for promising young Namibians. The Capricorn Academy is offering ten School Leavers from the Class of 2023
the opportunity to join Bank Windhoek for an 18-month period where they will receive training in Windhoek across various disciplines in banking and then placed at selected Bank Windhoek branches countrywide.
Job description
The Capricorn Academy, proudly funded by the Capricorn Foundation, aims to address the high levels of unemployment amongst school leavers by providing ten successful candidates with the necessary skills and experiences to build a successful career.

Minimum requirements
School leavers (Grade 12's of 2023) are invited to apply.
