Qualification | · Diploma in a commercial field · Relevant credit and collateral learning modules completed |
Experience | · Min 7 years credit experience of which 3 years should be on a supervisory level · Proven track record of experience in Credit Risk role |
Additional Information | · Psychometric assessment (must be on par or above the norm group for verbal and numerical assessment batteries) · Clear criminal and credit record · Valid Driver’s Licence/Flexible and mobile across regions. · Knowledge of Bank’s products and services, credit principles, sales, and administration processes · Intermediate Computer Skills in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MSTeams · Excellent leadership and management skills · Excellent interpersonal relationship skills · Skill in analysing and evaluating financial information · Good writing skills |
