Responsible for the effective and efficient administration of credit activities as per the allocated client portfolio in compliance with the Bank’s credit policy and procedures.
Job description
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
1. Financial Management
Assist the Portfolio Credit Officer/Manager in the planning and execution of the Branch budget, e.g., margin management and credit-related non-interest income.
2. Client Relationship
Management of client relationships by ensuring that clients are handled in a professional manner and information provided is correct.
3. Sales Focus
· Identifying cross-selling opportunities and referring such opportunities and leads to the relevant departments.
· Develop and reinforce a sales culture in the branch.
4. Credit Administration
Responsible for the effective and efficient administration of credit activities as per the allocated client portfolio in compliance with the Bank’s credit policy and procedures to contain credit risks as per Performance Development Contract.

Minimum requirements
Experience/Knowledge & Skills
· Knowledge of the Bank’s products and services, credit principles, sales, and administration.
· Intermediate Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
· Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
· Skill in analyzing and evaluating financial information.
· Report writing skills
Qualification
- Grade 12
- A Credit Diploma will be an advantage
