Introduction
Responsible for effective and efficient management of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB)’s operations and digital transformation journey to ensure superior customer service delivery in line with the Bank’s business strategy. Also responsible for providing effective management and leadership to the operations team, as well as drive CIB’s Customer Value Proposition (CVP) by providing operational support to various segments within CIB, IBS, and International Operations.

Minimum requirements

Relevant business-related tertiary qualification e.g. BComm degree is a pre-requisite. A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.

Approximately 5-10 years’ relevant banking experience of which at least 6 years in an operations environment. Experience in managing CIB operations will be an
added advantage.
