KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAS)
1. Routine Administration
Responsible for effective and efficient execution and control of all back office routine administrative activities in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations
• Cash control
• Reconciliations (trial balance)
• Checking and control daily activities in compliance with The Banks operational manuals and circulars.

2. Service Delivery
• Provide excellent and timeous service to relevant internal stakeholders in order to optimize service delivery to external clients.

3. Operational Risk
Responsible for effective and efficient execution/application of all back office routine administrative activities in compliance with the Bank’s internal processes and procedures, operational manuals and circulars in order to minimize operational risk.

Minimum requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
• Grade 12, with Accounting and Mathematics
• A certificate in Accounting field will be an added advantage.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERTISE/SKILLS
• Knowledge of retail or commercial Banks products and services
• Preferably one (1) yearsales and administration experience.
• Intermediate level Ms Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Good interpersonal skills
• Good planning and organising skills
