KPA (KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
A) Routine Administration | · Ensure effective and efficient execution and control of all frontline administrative activities related to Teller in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations. |
B) Service Delivery | · Provide excellent and timeous service in order to optimize client experience and satisfaction. · Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer such opportunities and leads to the correct person or department involved |
C) Operational Risk | · Ensure effective and efficient execution of internal processes and procedures related to Teller in compliance with the Bank’s operational manuals and circulars in order to minimize operational risk. |
D) People Management | · Interface with other colleagues and bank officials to ensure ongoing communication with existing and future customers. · Sufficient knowledge of staff and their duties to effectively manage inter-relationship between customers and the employees of the bank. · Responsible for coaching junior business banking and/or personal banking staff in all aspects of his/her work. · Ensuressteam communication is open and ongoing |

Minimum requirements
CRITERIA | DESCRIPTION |
Qualification | · Grade 12, preferably in Accounting and Mathematics with 1 years banking experience. · Certificate in Banking will be an added advantage. |
Experience | · Adequate knowledge of Banks products and services, sales and administration. · Knowledge of the system, processing activities, client service, products, practices and principles. · Accuracy · Self-confidence and interpersonal skills · Procedure manuals of bank · Passion to work with numbers · Strong computer skills |
