Capricorn Academy for School Leavers The Capricorn Academy for School Leavers is a new initiative of Bank Windhoek’s Young Talent Programme, which aims to provide training and employment opportunities for promising young Namibians. The Capricorn Academy is offering ten School Leavers from the Class of 2023 the opportunity to join Bank Windhoek for an 18-month period where they will receive training in Windhoek across various disciplines in banking and then placed at selected Bank Windhoek branches countrywide.
